Had a wonderful time at the party last night, met a whole bunch of amazing new friends, totally enjoyed relaxing & actually socializing instead of working the whole time! I had heard about the party earlier in the week but didn’t find out until Friday just whose birthday it was…and when I did find out the first thing I did was explore the fridges & pantry at the kitchen to see what I could throw together with only 24 hrs (more or less) notice. Here’s what we ended up with!

Incan Veggie Pâté (quinoa, sweet potatoes, kale, chia, flax, sunflower, & pumpkin seeeds) with Pepperocini Peppers, Assorted Biscuits and Oat Bread Fingers
Multigrain Chocolate Chunk & Hazelnut Cookies
Classic Chocolate Chip Cookies
